Many thanks to Thomas Smith for a great Lenten retreat in our Wood River Catholic Community. Here’s a website that will take us deeper into the topic. www.gen215.org/eucharist Many thanks to the people who provided food and drink. Yummy!
Ashley was born and raised in rural, northern Illinois. She and her husband Keith felt drawn to move to the mountains of Idaho after a cross-country road trip in the summer of 2019, and have been living in the Wood River Valley since November of 2019. They have two much-adored puppies who enjoy hiking adventures with Ashley. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s of Music Education and a Master of Arts degree in Piano Performance from the University of Iowa. The thing that she enjoys most as a musician is to collaborate with choirs, vocalists, and instrumentalists. She currently teaches music at Syringa Mountain School in Hailey, and previously taught K-12 music in Shoshone, as well as piano at several music academies and a community college back in Illinois. Ashley looks forward to working with the musicians at Our Lady of the Snows and St. Charles Borromeo parishes.
